Halifax Harbour Bridges MACPASS Miles

It may not be the longest course in the province, nor feature the long hills that test a real runner’s mettle, but MACPASS Miles does offer a spectacular panoramic view of Halifax Harbour.

Open to runners and walkers of all ages and speeds, the one-mile MACPASS Miles returns once again on the Natal Day weekend.

There will be four races beginning at 9 am. The August 4th races start on the Halifax side of the historic Macdonald bridge and end just short of the Dartmouth toll booths.

Women: 9:00am | Men: 9:30am | Girls: 10:00am| Boys: 10:30am

There is a $10 registration fee for men and women which goes to CMHA. Registration is required. Race kit pick up is set for August 5 at the HHB garages at 125 Wyse Road.

The African Nova Scotia Music Association will once again in partnership with the Halifax-Dartmouth Natal Day program will host the ANSMA "Freedom Festival" Concert on the Dartmouth Waterfront for another year!

The 18th Annual ANSMA "Freedom Festival" Concert will take place on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 2:00pm.

Grab the family and take in Bridgewalk 2024. A free unstructured walk across the Macdonald Bridge that takes place from 2:00 to 4:00 pm after the MACPASS Miles.
