Make a date to see one of the most spectacular fireworks shows in Atlantic Canada. Don't miss the 30 metre fireworks waterfall spanning the Macdonald Bridge from tower to tower. The best viewing is in sight of the Macdonald Bridge on the waterfronts in both Dartmouth and Halifax. Remember that fireworks are only launched from the bridge every few years!

The 105th Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races

Sea Cadet Ceremony of the Flags

The Ceremony of the Flags will be performed by over 200 cadets and is a combination of the military tradition of lowering the Canadian flag at sunset and the Beating Retreat. Cadets will perform a feu de joie, fire blank cartridges from two naval field guns, perform an 8-point dip with the provincial colours, and delight the audience with wonderful music.
