9th Annual CFB Halifax FREE Pancake Breakfast presented by The Hydrostone Market

FREE delicious pancakes with real Nova Scotian maple syrup cooked up by the women and men of CFB Halifax & the Royal Canadian NAVY (pancakes served from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM while quantities last) and free family entertainment & activities for the whole family.

Entrainment provided by the Halifax Busker Festival & AFM Artists (Band still TBD). Plus Milo T. Clown for the kids - Happy Natal Day!

The 114th Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races presented by Aquafina

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC THE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2020 DARTMOUTH NATAL DAY ROAD RACES HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.

ORGANIZERS WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON OR BEFORE JUNE 10th.

The Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races are one of the longest running sporting events in Canada. Since 1907, they have been attended by some of the best runners in the country.

Commemorative t-shirt for first 1000 registrants. Awards for the top three runners in each group.

The 100th Arthur Weston 10-Mile Canoe Race

The Arthur Weston 10-mile canoe race began in 1920 as the “Championships of the Dartmouth Lakes” and attracts the finest young paddlers in the region.

Starting on Lake Banook, the entrants sprint to the top of Lake MicMac, portage through Shubie Park and continue to the far end of Lake Charles before returning to the Judges’ Tower on Lake Banook. Registration is capped at 50 tandem canoes and kayaks.

APPLICATION DEADLINE for Pepsi Natal Day Parade Applications is Friday, July 17, 2020. We will accept late applications for 7 days until end of day Friday, July 24, 2020, but there is no guarantee of entry.

Enjoy clowns, bands, floats, antique cars, live music and majorettes. Fun for the whole family!

The 7th Caribbean Diaspora Multicultural Celebration presented by the Jamaican Cultural Association

The Jamaican Cultural Association of Nova Scotia (JCANS) is celebrating 58 years of Independence by hosting the 7th Annual Caribbean Diaspora Multicultural Celebration on the Halifax Common (Pavilion Area) to coincide with the Halifax Natal Day Celebrations.

It will be a fun-filled day of Cultural performances, interactive games, folk singing, Reggae Band, DL Music, Soca, Calypso, educational displays, art displays, drumming domino tournament, carnival costumes, Caribbean cuisine and much more!

The event is free and open to the general public of all ages. Everyone is welcome!

Time of event is from 12:30 PM until 9:00 PM
